First, the single crystal APT powder has good flowability, the tungsten powder prepared by single crystal APT calcination and hydrogen reduction, because of the small sliding friction resistance in pressing process, blank cavity defects decreased, mechanical properties of processing materials significantly increases. Since the high tensile strength and anti-fracture ability, yield of tungsten wire from drawing process is 90%, while yield of tungsten wire from production of polycrystalline APT as raw materials is only 70%. Thus, single crystal APT becomes mandatory powder raw materials to produce high-quality tungsten car.
